FEATURES

It is air-to-air plate-fin heat exchanger. The hot bleed air from ACM enters through thebleed air passages and the cooling air from atmosphere enters through cold air passages. Heatfrom the bleed air is conducted from the fins and is given to the cooling air flowing throughthe alternate layers of fins and plate. The exchange of heat through the fins cools the hot bleedair as it passes through the heat exchanger.
