FEATURES

It is air-to-air plate-fin heat exchanger. The hot bleed air from the air fow control valveenters through the bleed air passages and the cooling air from atmosphere enters through coldair passages. Heat from the bleed air is conducted from the fins and is given to the cooling aitflowing through the alternate layers of fins and plate. The exchange of heat through the finscools the hot bleed air as it passes through the heat exchanger.
