FEATURES

The heat exchanger is an aluminum air to air heat exchanger. It has a core assembly withtwo pan assemblies welded to one side and inlet and outlet flanges welded on the top and bottom. The core assembly has bleed air fins and cooling air fins that are separated by platesto form hot and cold air passages that run perpendicular to each other through the heatexchanger. The exchange of heat through the fins cools the hot bleed air as it passes throughthe heat exchanger, Heating the cooling airflow to make liquid water evaporate to preventfree water from entering into turbine to increase refrigerating eficiency of turbine and reducepossibility of freezing at turbine outlet and condenser cooling air circuit.
